A question about pixel sizes?
I have to upload a picture to take the ACT. One of the requirements is that the picture size be AT LEAST 640 x 480 pixels. I don't really know anything about this. I have a picture that is 540 x 720 but I don't know if that is bigger or smaller. Would that picture meet the requirement and if it doesn't than how do I take a picture that will?

Rotate the image, and it will meet the requirements. Or scale it to the required size, though that would distort the image.
