So does this guy like me?

Okay , i know the question is a bit stupid. But here we go.

Okay. So i met him last year in my math class , and i remember we started to talk , and i started to feel these feelings for him. So i saw him hugging all these girls before. And i was to scared to ask , so i wore my free hugs bracelet , and we hugged. Later on last year i told my friend. "What if i told him i wanted to give him a handjob." So she called him over there and was like "Katie wants to give you a handjob" i said i was kidding. That was that. Then my friend gave him my number , and in the next few days he said that he had "came" and had nothing to clean up with, so he used the sides of my number to clean up. But he said he still had my number. So then this year. The same friend that gave him my number told him i liked him and asked if anything was going to happen between us. He said he just wanted us to be friends for now. But maybe. Recently i brought up the handjob & how he came thing. And nothing happen, and he has been talking to this girl and Playing around with her a lot. So then i was talking to him and he hugged me and he was like "i dont like her i promise." So my friend said he probably likes me more because he is more serious with me. He doesnt play around. Does he like me?
