Can someone give me the legal reasoning for the following situation?

In many states if someone kills a pregnant woman the killer is charged with a double murder. If that is the case why isn't abortion murder? I'm not taking sides. I just want someone to give the legal reasoning for this situation.

In some states the vehicle is going up for public sale. the mothers and fathers could ought to alter grand theft vehicle in some places, to get it back, in the event that they are able to in any respect. Their twit of a newborn could get charged with reason to purchase or buying, accessory to grand theft vehicle, conspiracy to distribute etc... additionally, if mister/pass over staggering is eighteen+ and the driving force is decrease than 18 newborn endangerment and corruption of a minor must be innovations for the DA place of work. detention center rather well worth bud? we are speaking years, no longer months right here. The conflict on drugs is failing, DEA and different companies choose to make examples out of each and every catch. Google the federal and state rules.

Hi Mike, While I advocate against abortion unless needed in certain circumstances, such as rape, I am glad the birth mother of our adopted baby, a baby herself at 14, chose to adopt her child to someone. Many believe life begins at conception, as do I. The arguments for abortion may closely balance those against it, but if you forcefully or intentionally kill a woman and her fetus, you are committing a double murder, though the charges might not equal first degree.

That is a very valid question. It might be that the Roe v. Wade was a Federal Law.

Don't you know that if somethings legal it's no longer immoral?
