    Omygosh, it had never occurred to me that someone would do that; and yet it at face value seems absolutely plausible. Tragic but plausible.

    And it is not cynicism but an appreciation of recent events that causes me to note that Some services will continue to be required at all sites no matter what.

    and people REALLY wanted Obamacare... they didn't think that one through very well did they....
