I can't feel my toe, help me!?
So my toes go numb a lot but normally it only last for like, 5 minutes. My damn pinky toe has been numb for like a half hour now and it's freaking me out Haha. I can pinch it super hard and feel nothing. I already tried going in hot water but it just burned all my other toes and didn't help. I tried the google but can't find anything on how to make this go away :(

Numbness usually is caused by a pinched nerve. People think it's a pinched blood vessel, but pinched nerve is usually what's going on. There are other possible causes including cold (in that sense, poor circulation can be an issue) or a disorder that is causing nerve damage.
Yes, back problems, diabetes, tight shoes, hip, knee, ankle, or heel issues are common sources of this. Now you may be thinking, I don't have any back, hip, knee, ankle, or heel issues or diabetes (and of course you may be right). But keep in mind that the nerves which go to the toes leave the spine in the lower back, and if anything is pinching the nerve en route (and it's usually the low back itself, or a hip, knee, ankle, or heel through which the nerve passes), that can cause your pinky toe numbness. Diabetes is a source of numbness because when blood sugar is too high too long, it causes nerve damage. Many people have undiagnosed diabetes.
Try changing up shoes and/or boots (anything you've been wearing on the feet since this started). If that doesn't fix this after a couple of weeks (don't expect instant relief), and it continues to bother you, see an orthopedist specializing in feet or a podiatrist.
Wishing you good luck and good health.

Do you have back problems? If so it could be that you have a pinched nerve. My manager at work had a pinched nerve and he said his whole foot gets numb.
