What do you think of the metal genre and metalheads?

    Generally, I don't like hair bands but I like some Trash metal (Slayer, sepultura, older metalica) a good friend of mine is into hair metal, we agree to disagree on that one, but he is also somewhat into thrash metal but hates death metal.(cookie monster metal as he calls it mocking the vocal style)

    I like metal and metalheads, mostly because I am one. Metallica (anything but LuLu and St. Anger is good for me), Pantera, Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath hell I'll listen to any metal other than Death Metal!

    Metal is wonderful music, but some elitist fans of the genre give it a bad name.
