This is what I found on the OMGPOP website.
Hover your mouse on Info in the top menu bar
Then click Help and FAQ

Did you know every time someone leaves OMGPOP a baby panda goes hungry? No? That's because it's not true. But we still hope you consider staying anyway. If you're sure you want to remove your account, you can send us a request at feedback@omgpop.com It would also be awesome if you told us a bit on why you are leaving so we can perhaps make the site better. In the future we'll have a magic button that'll let you do it yourself.
