Can someone summarize Anthem by Ayn Rand?

It has been a long time since I've read "Anthem." However, I've read quite a few works by this author, over time. I can't provide direct feedback or answer your question, but I do have a suggestion. First, read what Wikipedia has to say about the work. Then, when you google the topics, "Anthem," and "Ayn Rand," see what some of the critics have to say about her work. That might help you to see some aspect of the work that you don't quite understand.

Basically, it's a Republicanism read... It tells the horrors of socialism and collective thinking, while showcasing the plight of the individual to crawl out of his social class... it was also a favorite of Paul Ryan's. But wait, there's more! Check out the wiki article...
