Is it possible to get these curls with a ceramic tong with a barell of 16mm?
I know that's a complicated question but I thought the curls looked really pretty. I can only do tight curls so is there a specific method to get these curls, if so, how?

I would try using a bigger section of hair or, curling over a big section and pin curling it for about an hour and putting heat over them. If not you could curly blow it
