There's no right or wrong answers since every manager looks for something different. Additionally, there's no real set of exact questions they'll ask but they'll most likely ask a variation of the following:
-any prior work experience; if none then any volunteer service you've done
-if prior experience or volunteer work then they'll ask about your responsibilities, if you had any challenges & what you did to handle them, why you left the job or why you were fired (if applicable)
-what hours you're available to work
-what you'd do if faced with a rude or upset customer (answer would be to page a manager or co-worker to help you so you learn the proper way to help)
-how do you handle stress & pressure
-what motivates you
just keep in mind wags is heavily customer service oriented.. that the customer comes first & nothing else matters if you don't take care of the customer... the main thing to remember is that you want to let them know that you're a reliable, dependable person who can adapt to change, is willing to learn and do things the right way & that you'd never argue with a customer & that you'd do whatever it takes to learn everything to better serve the customers & help build loyalty.
Personally, I like to ask my interviewees random things to throw them off lol such as: where do you see yourself in 5 yrs? Describe a time when you received bad service at a place & what was done to make you feel valued? What is good customer service? and if you had to pick an animal to describe your work ethic what would it be & why?
