What should I do i need some weight-loss advice?
ok, so i'm trying to loose weight.
my mum said that when i exercise, i need to do it to get fit, not to loose weight, because concentrating on the fitness means the weight will fall off on its own. But Im not sure if i could kid myself i was doing it for my fitness when my goal is weight.
Khloe Kardashian says you should never weigh yourself because numbers will send you to an early grave. My mum agrees and said that i shouldn't weigh myself, i should just go by how my clothes fit.
So can i get some opinions and advice please :)

it is important to weigh yourself, to keep track of weight gain, and weight loss
but
what khloe means,
weight fluctuates and is different with every girl.
some can weigh more and look amazing even though the scale reads she should weigh 10 pounds less.

I needed to lose weight so took up dancing gymnastics and swimming. Ballet is great because it tones muscles and burns fat. Also, dancing makes you way more confident. Girl, you need to relax and not worry. It doesn't matter how much u weigh, but if u want to lose weight , dont starve yourself! Don't pay attention to your weight, just try to excessive more and cut fat and sugar out of your diet. Don't drink soda, drink water, and get a salad or parfait at McDonald's instead of a buger with a large fries. Good luck and I hope this helped!!!

alcohol has calories too you know sub three drinks a week for lighter versions to drop a pound a year

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup
