my father hav 2 sons n im his daughter.

Sons breach peace and abuse me nd my mother.

Can my father shunt them out of his house?

How can the laws help him?

What are our rights regarding this?

    What is "breach peace"? If he kicked them out of the house and they are under age (you will have to find out what the legal limit is in your jurisdiction) then yes. You will need to find out if they are under age and if they are, then you can contact law enforcement.
