What is the best cream eyeliner?

A cheap alternative that works winders is wet n wilds gel liner. Doesn't smudge at all, stays on all day and it's only about $4 :)

I personally love using KATE's gel liner...(I assume you're talking about gel liner 'cause I have no clue what cream liner is) But KATE might be hard to find unless you can order it online... Maybeline also has a good gel liner that I used to use. If you're willing to buy high end products I've heard good things about Bobbi Brown and Mac gel liners so you could try that if you're willing to pay.

A trick that I used to use to keep my liner in place was to pat a eye-shadow that was the same color as the liner over it and that helped my makeup last all day.

Try Revlon coverstay. It works really well in my opinion. And if it is smudging when you sleep, then you aren't washing tour face, and is you are, not good enough. If you have trouble getting it off, try using olive or vegetable oil. It works great for getting of makeup! Better thank anything i have ever used in my entire life!
