Just leave it in warm water for a while. When it has soaked through it should peel off. It might curl while it is drying but reframing will handle that.

soak in water. It replaced into under lots of water whilst it replaced into processed. it could do it back. the only situation would be curl up whilst drying. a print dryer could be impressive. discover somebody that's have been given one or pass to a professional photograph save and get one. Scanning is going to be undesirable as a results of fact the scanner is desperate to focuson the face of the glass on the scanner. The glass in front of the photograph provides a point of intensity which will reason it to be out of concentration..

If it is a traditional photo, just soak it in warm water for a while, it will slide off the glass.
If it is an inkjet or dye sublimation print, then there really isn't anything you can do.

Without damaging the photo: Smash the glass
Without damaging the glass: Soak the photo and glass in warm water and remove the photo with your hands
Without damaging either: I have no clue, sorry.
