Can i play it Like chains of war first then ghost of sparta and then gow2 and 3? Will i miss out any story line this way??

It should be played in this order:
God of War > GoW: Chains of Olympus > God of War: Ghost of Sparta > God of War II > God of War III
God of War: Ascension is being released in March to make the order more complicated, and it's set before the first game, but if you're going to play now then I'd do it in the order above and play Ascension later unless you want to wait until March for it. :)
