Finding a,b,and c in quadratic equation with list of coordinates?
I know how to find a,b, and c when they are listed in standard form; however, I am trying to figure out how to calculate a,b, and c from a list of coordinates. Please tell me how.
I do not have an equation to plug them into. That is what I am saying. If it helps, the coordinates I have in this problem are (1,2.7),(2,6.9),(3,13.9),(4,23.7),(5,36.3),(6,51.7)

Without seeing your list of coordinates it's impossible to answer your question, or even understand what you mean.

a quadratic equation is:
a*(x^2) + b*(x) + c = 0
change your equation to this form then you have the coefficient a;b;c!
