I wanna lose weight but I was anorexic?

My friend was 116 pounds last year so kinda chubby for her. She lost the weight by exercising and eating healthy food. She's 95 pounds now. Not anorexic skinny. Just petite.

I'm always paranoid about my weight. I was actually anorexic last year. I got down to 85 pounds and when I fainted after a workout, I knew it was time to get help. I'm 125 now and feel super insecure about my weight. I wanna get down to 100. But I'm scared to lose the weight because I don't wanna get to carried away and be anorexic again.

How can I safely do this? I'm 15

    Well morE than likely your still going through puberty since your only 15, therefore your weight will drop and rise, while you change,depending on how tall you are 125 is actually a good thing, it would actually be Normal. And did you ever think that maybe your not "fat", it could be muscle. As muscle does weigh more than fat, try talking to your doctor first to ask if its ok to exercise and lose the weight, he'll probably tell you its a normal weight for your age.but If you don't want to, then just slowly exercise at first and if you see dramatic results, like say you exercised for a couple of days and then became super skinny, then its best you stop. Plus, since you are 15 and female, all that fat in your body will go to your breasts and you butt, ithat its if it hasn't already, and breasts and your butt do weigh a lot too, look at your stomach.....if its flat your perfectly fine, if its got a tiny curve your still ok, and if its got quite a big enormous bump, then maybe you might want to lose weight, if your stomach looks chubby with a shirt on then yah, exercise a little
