I know I've asked before but I need more answers. WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS?
First off don't get me wrong I want to work it's highly depressing not being able to find work that I can do.
But would you hire me if you knew that, I suffer from Paralyzing at times nonstop back and knee injuries. The slightest movement can leave me in unbearable pain and with paralysis from the waist down so far for up to 3 weeks. This happens often and frequently, I am seeking medical attention for my condition with no real help so far. I could be walking and suddenly drop with paralysis and severe pain I could do simple things such as stand up from a chair or seat, sit or even something as simple as picking up a cat or any other object. Doing these simple random things can leave me in intense pain wit paralysis wishing someone would shoot me and put me out of my misery. On top of this I suffer from severe stress and Depression due to no one believing me.
So would you hire me?
See that's my problem I am seeing a back specialist in 2013 and trying to get onto a disability payment, But they won't take me seriously and tell me I'm lying, Even though I have a mountain of medical evidence to back up my claim.
Back specialist in April 2013 and already seeing a psychologist.

Foxes are independent. You may need to create your own job. Find a niche and fill it.

I unfortunately, was a VP for 25 years involved in the hiring process, could not consider you for the administrative positions due to the fact this is not a mild disability but physical where you could be unable to perform duties up to three weeks when a occurrence might strike. The fact that you could be down for periods at a time would interrupt day to day operations depending on a staff member to be available to handled case load placing the burden on co-workers to assume these responsibilities. This would result in disgruntled employees, client serving suffering etc. I recommend you search for a doctor able to evaluate your condition provide available treatments i.e. medicine, support groups, operation etc. In the interim determine if you qualify for disability payments until at some point you may be able to function to perform part time or full time work.

Agree with the previous poster suggesting you look into disability payments to start off with.
In the mean time, you might be able to work for yourself, for example do you have a hobby you enjoy and can do from home (and that can still be done with the interruptions mentioned above)?
You could think about a career in that ...
