LMAOOOO
With Xavi, Iniesta and Alonso passing, all the PL players will get paralysed and with the likes of Falcao Messi and Ronaldo, they'll probably win by 4-5 goals ahahahaha
Just compare the players Casillias better than Cech (I think Lloris and Hart are better than Cech, anyway your choice)
RB- Dani Alves is better than Walker
CB - Hmm close but think Kompany might slightly be better
CB - Vidic (1 point for PL)
LB - LMAO Baines? I thought it'll be Cole but Marcelo is better than Baines
CM - Alonso
RM - Xavi
LM - Iniesta
RW - Lionel Messi
LW - Ronaldo
ST - Van Persie
So 2 better players? They won't win. I wish there was a match between two best XI from both leagues, it'll be interesting

La Liga XI would win because they have some of the most talented players in the world (only because they have the money)
However, the Premier League is, without doubt, the best league with regards to actual soccer. La Liga is a two-teamed league (three if you include Athletico Madrid), but that's about it. All the talent and money is concentrated in Barcelona and Real Madrid. Yes, they're good teams, but it's ruining the overall quality of the competition. The Premier League is at least much more balanced. It's the league with most history and it's had 23 teams win the league since the beginning of the competition.

there are other better players in premier league , but if we are talking about these two XI , i can say la liga but there shouldnt be marcelo ramos alves or maybe and pique . im a crazy barca fan . Alves is a fantastic player but he is not that in form this year , and so is pique , he was injured most of the time. and i see that you are a madridista so the only thing i can say to you is :
MADRID CABRON , SALUDA EL CAMPEON . xo xo love you

La Liga XI for sure.
If I were the Premier League XI manager I would concentrate on a counter-attacking strategy, which means that the main attribute I'd look for in my key attacking players would be positioning and speed. I would sacrifice possession and concentrate on a direct passing style featuring quick long balls to the fast players.
Gareth Bale and Theo Walcott would definitely feature in my line-up. I'd probably also have Wayne Rooney playing as a deep forward role to nullify Xabi Alonso or whoever is playing CDM for La Liga XI. Also, given that the La Liga XI has no physically imposing players, I would value smaller central defenders such as Laurent Koscielny who are faster and more agile so that they can track Messi or Ronaldo when they (inevitably) break through my defence.
If Messi and Ronaldo are deployed on the flanks, as suggested in that particular line-up, I would probably take out my fullbacks and have wingers in a 3-5-2 formation with 3 centrebacks (one to mark Falcao, Messi and Ronaldo respectively). The two wingers would also mark Messi and Ronaldo, hence both of them should be double marked when they have the ball.
3-5-2
GK: Hugo Lloris
CB: Laurent Koscielny
CB: Vincent Kompany
CB: Thomas Vermaelen
RW: Antonio Valencia
CM: Ramires
CM: Santi Cazorla
CM: Yaya Toure
LW: Gareth Bale
ST: Wayne Rooney
ST: Theo Walcott
Edit: I selected Ramires and Yaya Toure because I think against the tiki taka style that the La Liga XI would (presumably) play, you'd want central midfielders with pace, stamina, high work rate and ability to play defensively and offensively. Both seem suited to soaking up pressure and counter-attacking. Cazorla was selected as I think he is currently the best distributer of the ball in the EPL, and can sneak a few through balls or long balls to Bale/Walcott.
Finally, I would instruct Walcott to position himself closer to Gerard Pique, as he is slower than Sergio Ramos. I would instruct any player passing to Walcott to pass directly to his feet or make him run onto the ball, so that Pique cannot use his height to his advantage to intercept any passes.

Based on the option provided I would have to say La Liga team, however you can certainly select a better Premier League team which would be a closer comparison.
