Bank is cutting tds though my interest is below 10000?
i have summitted all my documents,, pan no- and 15g for,, what should i do.. i am planning to go to consumer court..bank officials are not polite..please email abhi13000@yahoo.com

at first give a complaint to the bank with 1+1 and get acknowledgement after that ask them to take action and followup the complaint then after if the bank is not taking any action then you can lodge complaint with RBI ombudsmen explaining your 'pain'. The ombudsmen surely takes right action so, don't worry.
keep every document with you.

just talk to the bank staff they will reimburse ur amt if they are not doing so then u can mail to the high officials. if it is a private bank the u will easily get ur amt refunded and if it is a govt, bank then u will get little bit difficulty but u will get ur money back. u can also talk to the customer care. when u talk to them just record thier voice. if ultimately u go for the consumer court that will help u.

Contact higher ups of the concern bank, they will certainly help you. In case you not satisfied with hem also, apply to Ombudsman of the bank. Moving to court is last option.
