help coping with anxiety and other things?

I'm in my first year of college, and lately I haven't been feeling like myself. I'm on break from school at the moment and for pretty much the whole month I've been off, I haven't really done anything besides sit around, watch TV, and go on the computer. I've been out with friends a few times, and that's made me feel better, but I think it's because I don't have any kind of a routine. What makes things worse is that I've been dealing with anxiety before and a little bit during my period. That takes away all my energy and makes me feel horrible.

When I'm in school, I have class, I go to club meetings, hang out with my friends, and other things, so that gives me somewhat of a routine. What can I do to keep myself busy instead of sitting around doing nothing when I'm not in school?

    You could get a bf, go to the gym, pick up a new hobby, read more, get into crocheting, simple stuff like that to keep you entertained throughout the day. I don't have many friends, but these are things I do to keep me busy and keeping my mind off feeling so alone bored and anxious about what to do.
