i wanted to buy this keychain with leah clearwater on it (from twilight series) and i see ebay has the bill me later. my cousin said that the bill me later means you have to pay with credit card, they won't send you bill in the mail. so, do they send me a bill so i can send money or a check to the seller? im a little confused and i can't believe anything my cousin says because he likes to lie sometimes

bill me later is like a loan you will have pay back later
the catch is the interest is very high
like if some cost $100.00 you bill me later you will/could be pay back $180 or more
