Should we give those who 'Do not wish to self-identify' an Affirmative Action preference?

    Affirmative Action is for Women, The Disabled, Minorities, and Veterans. Since it began, White women have benefited the most. 40 years ago, a woman would have a hard time being a fire woman or police woman. Or getting a big job promotion or being CEO.

    So remember, many of your mothers or sisters have benefited.

    What are you talking about? How would not identifying ethnicity or gender trigger any special consideration? BTW, AA factors in VERY FEW hiring or admissions decisions despite the Right's obsession with AA.
