My husband has a terrible disease that will kill him within six months? Should I steal the cure?

I know who has the cure for the disease. Is it wrong for me to steal the cure. Sometimes they leave their garage door open and the cure is left out in the open.

There is no possible way for me to get the money to pay for the cure. I mean they want like 500k for it and I only have 20k to my name.

Update:

I thought it was rather obvious, but this is an ethics question. What actions would you take and why?

Update 3:

This is not real.

Ah, thanx for the additional details. My previous remark, "I. . .wonder why you hadn't already done so" expresses how I think about it ethically. The dilemma you pose is "life or death". In fact, if I were aware of a comparable situation involving some anonymous human on the internet, I'd do it myself and leave it on your doorstep in the night! Hell, I've . .. uh. . .uh. . ."trespassed". . .on others property to steal their abused dog! Of course, that's easier for me to decide than most people. I have absolutely no family. . .dependents.

If I took your "facts" at face value, I would wonder why you hadn't already done so. Although I don't know how long the prison term might be for the theft.

However, it defies credulity that anyone would leave something in an open garage valued at $500,000.00. ESPECIALLY a cure for a terminal disease! Surely you joke!

So, your 'husband has a fatal disease, and the owners of the 'cure' keep it in an unlocked garage? Right! If you want to troll, try and make it half-way believable. Especially as you have a guy's name. Or are you gay?

You fn lie. What's the Disease, what's the cure, and why would someone leave it in their garage. It makes absolutely no sense.

Any excuse to steal, breach the law, trespass upon others, violate other people's rights: you're just a typical criminal. I hope my ex-bf will take care of your out-of-control antisocial impulsions, otherwise he'll lose all his assets to pay for your legal fees and liability damages.

i'm guessing the person that has the cure, needs the cure.

if not, it could be simpler to just ask for the cure.. or maybe befriend the person first

that could be a question of the logical workings of the Universe. a honest variety of infectious illnesses ensue with the aid of fact the human immune gadget overreacts to the presence of particular antigens. this could be a mirrored photograph of human imperfection, which exists partly as a consequence of our existence. case in point, the intake of dairy products, which necessitates the sinful exploitation of cows, will improve the viscosity of mucus and makes it extra sturdy for the physique to bathe out ability components of ailment. The susceptibility we would desire to dysentery is the consequence of sin forcing human beings to stay in unsanitary situations. extra than a number of curiously random afflictions could be attributed to sin in this sense, nonetheless usually the sin of others particularly than the victims. Now for the best judgment. Cow's milk is nice for calves with the aid of fact that is larger in protein and facilitates them to develop promptly. It additionally encourages the improve of the type of gut plant existence which they pick with a view to bite the cud. It replaced into the determination of particular farmers to apply the cows and thieve their milk for human intake, and not area of the organic order of issues. inspite of the undeniable fact that, think cow's milk wasn't risky. that could propose there would desire to be no ruminants, with the aid of fact they does not be waiting to digest cellulose. that means no grass, on account that ruminants developed as a consequence of the provision of that source of food. No grass ability no cereals for human beings. additionally, the planet isn't basically right here for our earnings and we will not anticipate it to paintings basically for us. it relatively is a single case study. making use of that many times, you're truly basically left with genetic illnesses springing up from ingredient mutations. lots of those are extra to do with interplay with the atmosphere. case in point, cystic fibrosis itself is to do with surprisingly viscous mucus, so a weight-help plan without dairy would be extra desirable for some victims. different illnesses are the consequence of a selective earnings in a particular subject, like thalassaemia and sickle-cellular trait offering resistance to malaria. There are some exceptions to this, yet not many while it comes all the way down to it. the place they exist, provisions are accessible to handle them, the two in organic products or the ingenuity of the human innovations.
