The tires are 10 millimeters different in width. 205mm or 195mm.
Both tires have a HEIGHT of the side wall that is 55% of the width. So, multiply .55 times 195 and 205 and subtract the difference. THEN double that diff because you have the sidewall height at the top of the tire, AND at the bottom.
.55 times 10mm times two = 11 millimeters = slightly less than 1/2 inch. (25.4mm = 1 inch)

You must first learn what the numbers mean:
1st set: the width of the tire in millimetres
2nd set: the height of the sidewall expressed as a percentage of the first number (the width)
3rd set: the diameter in inches.
So in this case, the 205 is a taller tire because both have a sidewall height of 55% of the width but because the 205 tire is wider, its sidewall height will be taller.
