Please share your personal experiences/examples of being bi-polar?
I am diagnosed with it and I understand the science of it, but that doesn't convince me that I really have it. I am looking for personalized specific examples of incidences that occurred because of this mental illness, because I just can't grasp it.

I have times where I am extremely sad for no reason or extremely hyper and happy. I can't. Focus on anything and talk a million miles an hour.
