It depends on your tax situation this year and the laws regarding taxes for your area. Tax laws change every year, so you are encouraged to consult your local tax authorities for an authoritative answer.

I'm not sure what you're asking.
Are you asking about estimated tax payments you made? If so, then you can add this to the estimated tax portion of the Form 1040 (under payments).
If you're asking about state income taxes, these are deductible as itemized deductions.
If you're asking if you can deduct the federal taxes you paid last year, the answer is no, you can't.

IF you itemize deductions on your federal return
AND you owed money to your state or local taxing authority when filing in 2012
AND you wrote the check for the amount owed in 2012
THEN, YES, you can deduct state/local income taxes on Schedule A.
If you simply owed more money to the IRS last year, that isn't deductible.

You can deduct state taxes paid on yoru federal return, but then your state refund is taxable income.
You can't deduct your taxes paid from your tax return. That makes no sense.

no because you can not file it two years in a row. You can file an amendment
on medical expenses to include mileage, also any job interviews plus moving
expenses related to a job change.
