Elbow pain after and during throwing a baseball?
Hi, I'm 14 and baseball tryouts were since last Tuesday. Today was our first practice. During tryouts I don't think I was warming up "well" and my arm starting hurting in the elbow. It hurts on the tip and a little bit around it. Nothin above my elbow. Just my elbow, I'm a little sore but that's it. I am a pitcher throwing about 60-68. I throw offspeed like once a game if I'm lucky. Besides a change up. I never pitched yet. The only think I did with throwing was just infield(I play 1st) and we threw in triangles as another drill. I just ignored my elbow pain because I read online that if It doesn't go away within a week then I should tell someone. The pain started I think this Tuesday. Again it's the tip of my elbow and around the tip. Nothing above or below.
I need some answers and I need them fast! Thanks!

Stephen- you over used an area and inflammed it. Go to cvs or health store and get
homeopathic arnica ointment/cream. Only use this on skin not broken. This will stop
inflammation , heal the area. You have to then figure out how you are injuring the elbow
thru repetitive motion.
