my taskbar is missing!!!?
Chrome hides my taskbar, but the taskbar is not set to auto hide. Chrome is the only program that does it...and I am not in fullscreen mode (F11). Can someone help me? It was working fine then I took a nap then watched some t.v then I realized that the taskbar was missing.... help me please
What I mean is when I go on Google Chrome the task bar goes missing but on other programs the taskbar is there. It's not on auto-hide either.
2. It's both. Sometime the taskbar shows up for like 10 seconds then when you go to it and leave it it goes away and sometimes it just doesn't show at all.

Changing compatibility mode. It is weird, but it works.
Edit.
Is it always hidden or comes out when mouse over?
If both f11 and changing compatibility didn't fix it, I have another fix. Open chrome. Don't maximize it. Maximize it by dragging from corners.
Edit,
Here is the registry entry(32bit),
[ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Google\Chrome\Taskbar]
I don't have chrome installed, so I can't tell you the exact values.
Ask for a screenshot from a friend who don't have the issue. And correct your values according to it. It will be a good idea to make a backup just in case.
If you didn't had the issue before a system restore will also fix it.
