If you live on base in the AF barracks, would you need to go to a different facility to shower/bathroom?

I was at Langley, AFB, and we went inside some of the dorms there, and every single last one of them was just a bed, desk and microwave. I didn't see a single bathroom or a single shower anywhere. Is there a different place you go to if you need to take a dump or shower?

there are 3 general types of dorms

    1. just rooms with beds etc, they will have a bathroom down the hall, with showers, sinks and bathroom stalls, so everyone on that floor, shares the bathroom

    IE: its a large bathroom

    2. two rooms, with a bathroom between them-- geneerally a shower and a crapper, sink will be in the room

    3. the new style dorms, are suites -- two bedrooms and a central living area, the suite has its own bathroom

There is a separate room inside the barracks where can can shower and use the bathroom, much like a college dormitory.

some dorms have a bathroom right in the room and some have them where you share it with your "neighbor" - there is a door on your side and his side with a lock so you can't walk in on them
