SCSI Questions... What is compatible?

This is what I have in my Dell 670:

Is this SCSI hard drive compatible

and if so, what adapter do I need?

Update:

The hard drive is Ultra320 and the cable seems to also be Ultra320.

Is there an adapter?

Update 2:

The hard drive has 80 contacts, the cable in the computer has 68 pins.

    Yes, there are adapters for that, costing around $10 +/- $5

    Just google for 'scsi adapter 80 68'
