Can't decide if I should get a tattoo on the back of my neck or on my right shoulder?

Congrats on getting your 1st tatt.

I would pick Shoulder for two reasons well 3.

1 dealing with pain control in yourself while getting it.

2 you will be able to care for it and see it better. I do not see the point in getting tatts you cannot see yourself.

3 you will be able to cover it up if it ever becomes an issue.

Shoulder ! I feel the neck would hurt a bit more because of your spine and all. Plus i love shoulder tattoos :)

Well if you want it to be more visible then go for your right shoulder but if u dont want it to be seen then go for ur back of ur neck , but i dont see the point if getting a tattoo if you dont show it off so i suggest right shoulder

Me personally I got my first tattoo on my wrist I suggested on ur inner arm

I wouldn't worry about the pain! since its your first time, you should be excited about the design, not the pain! =) and if it was me i would choose neck, because that picture looked great! =) great choice by the way!

I would say shoulder. I agree that it would be easier for you to see and would be interesting to show off on an off-the-shoulder top or something.

Go for the shoulder. You will have less pain and can see your new tatt.
