What's your definition of a party?
I believe it should involve at least 25+ people, and have some music and some drinking.
But a friend of mine thinks there can be a party with five people playing video games and going to Walmart. In my opinion that's hanging out.
Don't get me wrong, I think that's fun and all, it can be even more fun than a party, but would you consider that a party or no?

Many people, same taste roughly in music, drinks and leave when you have had enough or sleep on the carpet :)
