i cant cook meals or dishes in the sims 3 game??? CAN SOMEONE HELP!!?
all it says is have a quick meal???? i dont know if its a mod i downloaded but if it is a mod can you please tell me what specific mod is it thats not letting me cook??? i went to edit town and took my sims out of their house and then put them back in but it still didnt work??? HELP

You need to teach them the cooking skill. Go to the restraunt in town and have them take a cooking class. It should cost somewhere around 400 simoleans. If you don't have enough hit shift-control-d and type in either kaching (100 simoleans) or motherlode (50,000 simoleans). I prefer to use motherlode for building, but if you don't have enough and don't want to use cheats, the default bookcase in your house should have a green level one cooking book. It will bring your sim up to level three in the cooking skill.
