The Spanish culture has been imbedded into the Amerindian culture so deeply, and for so long that the culture of Mexico today has evolved into a mixture of both.
60-75% of the population are Mestizos, meaning of mixed Spanish and Amerindian ancestry. The official language is Spanish, although in the rural areas the original Indain language is still spoken
It has the world's largest population of Catholics after Brazil [89%].
The architecture of the Basilica of Guadalupe, the Metropolitan Cathedral , the basic design of most Mexican towns, a central plaza with an adjacent church are designs bought from Spain.
Traditional music and Fiestas are a blend of both cutures, even in the food there is a blend of traditional Indian and Spanish-Bunuelos, Lomo e Adobo, Chillie rellenos,Quesadills and Guacamole.
So, although there are still Spanish influences present in modern Mexico, the Mexican people have grown their culture into one which accepts the past, but see themselves as not Spanish or Indian but ''Mexican''.

Mexican food is chiefly indigenous with some influences from Europe & other parts of the world. Some things like bullfighting & a "macho man" attitude come from Spain.

The language (it's mostly Spanish, but with a definite Indigenous influence). Sometimes the words are the same (especially for food), but they means something quite different. (For instance, a "tortilla" in Spain is something like an omelet, but a flat corn cake in Central America).

I believe bluelobe. I even have that concept that each and each usa that Spain conquered became 0.33-international international locations, using way of existence instilled in the community human beings. on the different hand, a short stumble upon with British colonies which incorporate Australia and HK are extra stepped forward in terms of progression and way of existence. i'm guessing if Spain did not invade the Philippines, another usa will. we are able to be probably be invaded by applying Britain or American, yet we'd nonetheless have a mix of chinese language and Malaysian Cultures. a mix of Western and Asian way of existence; i think of that is effective.
