Eat light and drink plenty of liquids.. You don't want to puke all over the place unless, of course, you want to puke on the guy across the line from you..... Good luck....

My best advice for you is to go to bed early on nights before your football games. Then, on the morning of your games, you should eat a healthy breakfast, drink some water, and go for a short run before your game. Doing these things will get you into better shape and give you a burst of energy, which will greatly improve your chances of performing very well in your football games.

Chicken Parmesan with some vegetables and spaghetti, drink water or Gatorade to it, stay away from carbonated drinks on Game day.
