How to burn files using Nero?

If you want your video in DVD format convert it first to AVI then add to Nero Vision. If you need a converter Format Factory is free and works very well. I'm not sure, but you might be able to use Nero Recode to convert the file. If all you want to do is back it up I would also suggest burning it as a data disc with Nero Express.
