What's more important Math or English?
I choose Math because thats has more to do with Money and I could be speaking in another language and i could still get around but without Math I would be doomed. English is important because most of the math problems are going to be word problems but Math is the primary subject. you can be advanced in English but most people aren't going to understand you but if you are advanced in Math then you can solve more stuff.
Anyways I know i messed up here with my English but thats not the point the simple question is what's more important Math or English.

It really depends on where in the world you live and what the situation is there. You would think in English speaking countries an English class would dominate but I think Math is more important in English countries. In English speaking countries English was the class to lay back and try to squeeze in some other class homework.
But for people like me who live in the Middle East, English is all the hype right now. Numerous and numerous private schools have opened in English and international schools are coming in too. It even went as far as a public school choosing its main language as English in all its courses.
If you know English it puts you far ahead in your career and even getting accepted into colleges and universities makes your chances better. And all schools no matter what the language is must have a mandatory English class. You must pass your English class to go on to the next grade. Keep in mind this is in a country who doesn't even have English as an official language.

Either you are a 14 years old or an idiot. Trigonometry is used for measuring height for example; such as buildings which is calculated by using the formula Tangent , (Opposite over Adjacent). This is important stuff for architects that are planning to build a certain building, structure and so on. I could go on for ever about Maths but I don t want to waste my time explaining to you if Trigonometry is RARELY used.

Well, I hate math personally because I have a LD in it, and I'm so frustrated that I don't understand it.
So my answer is English.
English because it helps you understand the deeper meaning of things, and it helps you understand how to answer things.
It also gives you the ability to read and write, plus we all speak the language so that's almost like a bonus. You can write beautiful stories which bring powerful emotions to the reader.
Example;
Tuesdays with Morrie.
That book brought me to tears throughout reading it. The way the author used his words to describe everything makes me extremely sad, but in a good way. You can see how others live their life, or solve their problems. You realize how interesting it is to view another's perspective.

Math because somehow it always leads back to money. If you think about it, the government doesn't run the world, banks do.
