Help I'm stuck in a garbage can? Ikr wtf?

So I was walking home from school the other day (thursday 2 be exact) and there was this man in a black truck slowly following me. I started to jog and then run, and he kept speeding up. I turned around and faced him, quickly memorized his plates and yelled "im calling the cops!" He immediately stopped the car and began to yell swear words. He turned around and i didnt see him again. I just woke up (i know i sleep forever lol) but im in a trash can? I think im in a lake or pond of some sort and the trash bin is slowly filling with water. My phone isnt wet yet ive kept it dry. Im pretty sure the guy did this and left me here to die. the lid is duct taped shut and i cant get it open. HELP ME OMG IM SO SCARED WHAT DO I DO?
