If the South had won the Civil War, subsequent history would be significantly different and Hitler probably winds up being an unimportant painter.
Consider that European politics are likely going to be significantly different as a result of having a new American state, whose founding principle is slavery and who is the major exporter of cotton. A massively powerful United States is now averted - the US will remain a serious power, but it will be weakened considerably and consequently not be as significant a power should the Great War still arise. Hitler's rise is largely a consequence of exactly how the war ended in 1918 - change that, and Hitler never has an opportunity.

Maybe.
The South hated blacks and used them as slaves. They would not likely exterminate their own Property like the Nazis destroyed Jews, so maybe they wouldn't have supported Germany.
Besides, today in America, it is the Democrat Progressive Leftists that are primarily antisemitic.
