My Mum wants to speak to my friends mum?

I asked my Mum if I can go to my friends party on Saturday for her Birthday, but I told my Mum we were sleeping over and no alcohol would be involved. I'm diabetic so my Mum said she wants to ring my friends Mum and tell her about my diabetes. I'm scared about asking my friend for her Mum's number and if my Mum finds out about the alcohol. What shall I do?

You should quit lying to your mother. If you are under age I don't blame her one bit.

Your friends mum is going to let you drink? You having diabetes ans drinking is a dumb move on your part. Alcohol is a sugar, your levels will be messed up big time. You really think your mum is stupid, she will figure that out real fast, when you are sick or in a coma next Sunday.

I had the same problem with my mom, until one day she found out about the alcohol. To my surprise she wasn't upset at all. I think parents are well aware that at a certain age, kids begin drinking. just be honest with her!

Just tell your mom that you will talk to your friends mom about it.. You're old enough to handle those types of situations.. Tell her that
