yes, I find high school students sometimes/usually have a better concept of grammar and poetic devices because it is still fresh in their minds compared to adults who have been out of school for a while. Also many great authors started early and got published at a young age.
Good Luck

There is nothing stopping you from publishing a book right now. The only problem you may run into is that because of your age, you may not have skill and experience to write something publishable right now. If you really want to publish a book, do your research on what it takes to write a book and get it published.
Also realize that the odds of any author getting published aren't that good. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't write but you have to understand you may never get published. You need to write something as good as an adult would write. They won't care that you are young. My advice is to keep practicing and try to get published when you are a little older.

Not if you don't know the difference between "its" and "it's," which you evidently don't.
Seriously, any agent or publisher's slush-pile reader would toss your query letter or manuscript into the trash the instant they saw an error like that. They have too much competent writing to slog through to waste time on somebody who writes the phrase "if its good."

As far as I know it doesn't matter how old you are as long as the book will sell
Be careful though there are a lot of false agents and publishers that'll take your book and you'll never hear from them again

If it's good, nobody cares how old you are. But most books written by 15-year-olds are not as good as said 15-year-old believes them to be. (I should know - I wrote a book when I was 15, and it was pretty dire.)

There's nothing stopping you, but there's also nothing stopping all the other writers out there. There are so many talented writers its hard to stand out. I'd recommended posting online (wattpad is good, you keep all the rights and its popular enough for a good author to get noticed on) and then seeing how things go from there.

Yes. So long as it is well written (and a little bit of luck goes your way) you can get published.
