A list of android phone rooting software that does not require admin rights (or login credentials) to install.?
I have a computer with limited set and not administrator.
The administrator person refuses to give me the login to install the rooting software on the PC.
So I am asking if anyone knows any Android rooting software that I can install that does not or will not ask for the credentials of admin please.
Not all software requires admin such as google chrome.
Stop saying to ask for privledges first if you read the details you will see i have tried that already and was refused.

While you are correct not all software requires you to have admin rights, all rooting software does. The reason for this is it needs permission to write data over USB using a program called ADB. It is very doubtful you're find any sort of 'one click' rooting application that will run without admin rights. If you do acquire admin rights or find another PC to use, I recommend trying Rescue Root, as it is the easiest software to use and free.
