What is THE ULTIMATE, absolute best software for removing spy tools?

I'm 90% sure I have some type of spyware on my computer that was installed by a relative. Plz spare me the "well what's the big deal? yada yada" I don't want them seeing who I talk to or what I research, it's perversion of privacy regardless and the equivalent of having someone record you taking a dump in the bathroom. It is simply not acceptable no matter what I look at. I have tried Zemana and Norton 360, but both seem to miss gaps (one has found spyware that the other program has missed, and vice versa) and do not tell me im being paranoid.

Whatever it is, keylogger or otherwise, it is very deeply imbedded in my pc somewhere.

I need something top-notch, you know how you take care of pests with sprays? well i need something to nuke the field. It's not extreme, I need the Terminator of spyware. Preferably something someone has experience in using and know works. I'm hoping someone who is a security expert in a software corporation will answer this. No I do not have anyone computer crafty to look at this. PLEASE I NEED HELP! MUCH APPRECIATION!!

If it's been installed by a relative it will be a legitimate product, and therefore may well be ignored by security software, but...

    Try this:

Firstly, boot your computer to the Safe Mode menu screen. You do this by repeatedly pressing F8 as soon as you boot up. Once there, use the arrow keys to highlight Safe Mode with Networking. Continue to boot from there, by pressing Enter. You will now see some drivers being loaded. There will be a pause at some point. This usually lasts for no more than 30 seconds.

If that’s successful, open your browser, copy and paste this link into the address bar and press Enter. It's a direct download for RKill. Save it to your desktop, then run it. It takes just a minute to run. As it's running, any remaining desktop icons will vanish for a few seconds. When the notepad report is displayed, just close it.

RKill SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THE INFECTION(S) FROM RUNNING, BUT IT WON'T HAVE REMOVED IT / THEM.

    Now download this package.

When you click on the download button, wait for a few seconds and the download box will appear, without you having to enter your name or email address.

Save it to your desktop, unzip it...click on start.exe...then click on Emergency Kit Scanner. Wait for it to open (this may take a couple of minutes), then get updates and run a Deep Scan (the scan may take some time):

You should now delete RKill, as updated versions are often made available.

    After this, try rebooting normally.

    Hope this helps.

First, I wouldn't listen to anyone who would answer your question by saying "what's the big deal?".

Next, I don't believe there is any one program. Many people will tell you their favorite and say it's the best. I believe you need a suite. I go through the latest every year or two to see if there's anything new that's better, or something old that's been fixed up. Right now I use AVG Free, MalwareBytes & Spybot Search and Destroy. I removed Ad-Aware from my group of programs about 5 years ago, but not because it wasn't good, I've just found that it wasn't needed. What I do when i do test these programs out, is I'll spend a few days running scans with different programs, but not remove anything that's been found, that way I can see which programs are getting, or missing, which malicious items. So, yes, I've been using these same ones for over 5 years now and never have a problem (I don't know how long I've been using them, I can say for certain it's been a minimum of 5 years, but I don't think I've changed since before 2005). As I said, I revisit these every year or two, not a set schedule, just when I feel like it, but I've stuck with these. I also use Ccleaner, though that's a different type of program, but it, along with the ones listed above are what I use to keep my machines healthy.

I have never bought Norton and McAfee because they cost too much, include too much bloatware and have never shown to be any better than the good free ones. I do run trial versions of those every so often when I'm doing my testing, to include them in the results. The day one of those proves to be better, I'll get it.

You will probably get many answers for this because there are many answers.

some elementary keylogger can only work by simple camouflaging itself as a system assistive devices,

you may find them in your dashboard, make sure the check box is unclicked and it will can not "invisible".

there is another way that you can launch your task manager, it is easy for you to pick it out just by

    stopping mission right now.

there are many hot keys for users to call malware up, usually they are combinations like"ctl + alt + a"

My (limited) experience says that no one program will do everything; therefore you need to try a few. Here are some faves - MalwareBytes, SpyBot, Ad-Aware, Eset, Sophos etc.

Or take it to your high street shop who will have access to pro-level stuff we don't know about.
