Boss hugs me and stuff. Is she showing favoritism?
My boss hugs me, rubs my back, kinda holds my hand, wraps her arm around my waist and like side hugs me when we are walking next to each other, she makes her praise for me over the speaker. I work in retail. Today is my birthday and last night, she said in front of co workers that today was a very special day. Other employees comment on our relationship. Which I don't care and I don't think she does either because she continues to do things. Is she showing me favoritism? I've seen her hug others but she hugs me every time she sees me. I'm 22 Female and she's 50 female. She's married and has a kid. When someone mentioned I was like her adoptive daughter, she laughed and smiled.

Sounds like she might be becoming into a lesbian. but i dont know because there is no pic of you or her. it could be favoritism. but it sounds like she needs to give you a little personal space.
