He has a point, players are only getting bigger, faster, stronger, and that means the collisions will have a bigger impact on the players. I don't think a hit will result in death, but paralysis and such is possible.

In 30 years, I personally believe that the game will be more female oriented. By 2043, high school football will be pretty much dominated by girl players, while 15-20% of all college football players are female. Moreover, there is a great chance that we will see the first female playing in the NFL, within the next 30 years.

Yea he's right. If you look at football 30 years ago you see how much slower everyone on the field is. Unfortunately, safety can only go so far, so if the skill level of players keep improving, and there's no significant rule changes, footballs gonna be too dangerous to play.

He could very well be right. However you have to consider that back in 70's helmet to helmet hits and things that could now be punishable with a huge fine were legal, and no one suffered that kind of fate. So I don't know, I hope he isn't right, as well as he does, but it's the NFL's job to make sure that what he said never happens.
