do stitches itch the whole time until they come out?

    Look on the bright side, itching is a sign they are healing.

    Not the whole time but a good amount. Keep a band aid over them!

    It must depend on where they are - I had my ear sewn back on, and they didn't itch at all.

    Not when they're first put in, but once they start healing.

    Yes, they do...they can drive you crazy. Just don't scratch them.
