Figured why not post here for suggestions.

The beginning of January I noticed a lump on the right side of my neck. It’s at the base, kind of where the neck ends and collarbone starts. It’s a good size, maybe half the size of a lime?.

It’s painless, and it hasn’t gone away in these past 3 months.

I have an ultrasound on Friday to check on it. They got me in pretty quickly, within the week the ultrasound was scheduled to take place.

About me, 31, female. I would say I’m relatively healthy BUT I do have idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (found 7 years ago) and also have a heart defeat, small vsd (hole in heart). So I have also had quite a few scans if that makes a difference.

Any ideas on what the lump could be?? Nurse practitioner I saw mentioned maybe a cyst or a lymph node that’s in the wrong place.

Also for my ultrasound Friday, is there any questions I can ask the tech that they would be able to answer for me such as diameter, solid, fluid, etc? I know they usually can’t tell the patient much as they are just a tech.

I was underage I believe. It was many years ago. And a ex best friend of mine, it turns out has excused me and another classmate or two of sexual assault. At the time I was in shock. I mean, this was a best friend I hadn't seen in years! Not only that but I was still keeping MY OWN sexual abuse from a parent a secret. And then to be excused of something I would NEVER do.

What I'm getting at is, is there a record of this? I would like to look at it. Not only that but what can I do years later? Obviously nothing came of it. The girl was a pathological liar. But part of me wants to charge the girl for lying and putting me through that.

Sorry it's a jumbled question. I don't think of this situation often but finally wanted to ask.

Any problems? Night vision problems, dry eyes and so forth?

I like the therapist I see now. Have seen her for awhile but she can't help me with an issue I have. So how do I go about seeing a new one for a couple sessions and then going back to my old one. Please no dumb answers. :)

Scans for stations?? I'm wanting one to be able to listen.
