Which is better ? Compliments in words or in items?

Words because God made us in His image that being we can speak encouraging words to others. We can talk and sing and we can give blessings to others. God spoke the world into existence and our words are vessels of good or bad according to what we say.

Items are nice but words mean more.

Words, nice words will always be better than giving someone an object.

It's easy to say the words. Sometimes a willingness to put your money w/your mouth is, can show genuine interest. =] <3

added: & not just money, but actions... so words plus actions (doesn't have to be material gifts)... sometimes a material gift is the only action you can show, tho, if not close enuf to the recipient to show actions w/the words. =] <3

Words are more important but gifts are nice every once in a while too :)
