Is a written note without any signature acceptable in a divorce court as evidence?

I posted this question before, but was not explained properly: Let me rephrase it in a better way: Person (A) writes a list of demands that wishes to have or not to have from person (B), but person (A) does not sign the notes.......QUESTION: Is that classed as a valid document in court?

Nobody needs evidence of what they WANT. Your question is irrelevant.
